Debating Botswana
OUR COMPANY
Debating Botswana is an initiative established to create a series of safe spaces for engagements by young people with relevant leading key experts and policy makers on Botswana’s key development issues.
OUR MISSION
Empowering Visionaries, Amplifying Impact: Fostering thought leadership to bridge gaps, connect ideas, and strengthen collaboration for a sustainable livelihood.
OUR VISION
Leading the way in generating insightful perspectives and advancing conversations that transform societies.
FOREWORD BY FOUNDER
“The youth cannot freely and fully participate in development agenda setting if they are still treated as imposters – doubted of their leadership capability merely because of their age. Debating Botswana calls for greater inclusion and representation of youth in various platforms of decision-making: locally, regionally, and globally. Therefore, is important for Botswana to shed light into the enriched calibre of young talents that continue to shape the nation’s development agenda – entrepreneurs, advocates, policy analysts, social activists, and many other grassroots leaders. Our primary goal is to promote youth involvement in inclusive national decision-making processes through a robust youth leadership programme that is both locally and nationally
impactful.”
