Team Lead / Strategic Advisor
Kaene Disepo is a visionary strategist with over eight years of experience in public affairs, policy advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. As the Founder of Change Africa, he combines grassroots insight with high-level advisory experience, having worked with government, international organizations, and diplomatic missions on governance, youth development, and sustainable energy.
He has spearheaded flagship initiatives such as Botswana’s National Renewable Energy Dialogue (NaRED), the CARE Institute, and several EU-supported national policy forums. A Skoll Forum Delegate and International Strategy Forum Fellow, Kaene is recognized for his leadership in cross-sector partnerships and inclusive innovation.

Leano Ranko is a multidisciplinary industrial engineering professional with expertise in project administration, strategic planning, and ESG. Her work intersects clean energy, innovation ecosystems, and stakeholder engagement, positioning her as a key contributor to Botswana’s sustainability agenda.
As ESG Coordinator at Solar Power and Operations Lead at Change Africa, Leano manages compliance, community engagement, and capacity planning across multiple development projects. She also brings policy experience from her engagements with BIDPA and the Engineers Registration Board. Core Contributions:
Technical and public content development (briefs, decks, reports)
Stakeholder coordination and field-level logistics
Design of capacity planning frameworks and operational systems
End-to-end administration and documentation

Kealeboga Motsumi is an award-winning strategist and systems thinker with over a decade of experience advancing clean energy, entrepreneurship, and inclusive finance. Currently serving as Fund & Grant Manager at Mukuru Clean Stoves, he leads a $9M capital initiative impacting over 4 million lives across Kenya, Uganda, and Ghana.
His work spans gender-lens investing, climate innovation, and policy co-creation, with notable partnerships including UNESCO, Harvard University, and DFIs. In Botswana, he has led campaigns across the renewable energy, tourism, and cultural sectors. Core Contributions:
